Bread love and fantasy….but it depends … i will say 2 kilos of potatoes, boiled and then peeled and crushed 750g of flour to mix with the mashed potatoes and there is who officially adds 1/2 eggs to create the amalgam but sometimes i do without eggs and i am fine. for the sauce … well … that depends on what you like but the secret and fantasy is the fat.
